面条的5种家常吃法
 
汤面:是指带汤一起吃的面条。我们常吃的番茄鸡蛋面、瘦肉青菜面都属于此类。汤面能把溶解在面汤中的营养素一网打尽,因此营养比捞面更高。不过,美味的面汤却要少喝,因为其中普遍含盐较高。
