1. Suction pneumatic conveying device

The biggest advantage of this device is that the feeding is simple and convenient, but the distance between the materials is limited because the pressure difference in the device system is not significant. Its vacuum degree generally does not exceed 0.05~0.06MPa. If the vacuum degree is too low, it will sharply reduce its carrying capacity, leading to pipeline blockage. And this device also requires high sealing performance. In addition, in order to ensure the reliable operation of the fan and reduce component wear, the air entering the fan must be pre cleaned.
To protect the environment and system exhaust equipment, two-stage dust removal can be used. The first stage adopts a cyclone dust collector, while the second stage mostly adopts a bag type dust collector, which is simple and reliable in dust removal, convenient in operation and maintenance, and has high dust removal efficiency. Generally, the combined efficiency should not be less than 99%. The dust collector should discharge dust tightly and not blow air into the device; The suction equipment generates negative pressure for the system and is one of the key equipment in the system.
2. Pressure pneumatic conveying device
It operates under conditions above 0.1 MPa. The compression type can also be divided into high-pressure type (0.1~0 There are two types: 7MPa and low-pressure (less than 0.05MPa). The high-pressure air generated by the fan enters the air storage tank, and the water and gas are separated through the gas and water separator. The transported material is supplied to the conveying pipe by the sending tank. The mixture of air and material moves along the conveying pipe, and the material is discharged through a separator at the bottom of the storage bin. The air is purified by a dust collector and discharged into the atmosphere. The characteristics of this device are exactly opposite to the suction type. Due to its convenience in installing bifurcated pipelines, it can simultaneously transport materials to several locations, with longer conveying distances and higher productivity. In addition, it is easy to detect the location of air leakage, and the dust removal requirements for the air are not high. Its main drawback is that the feeding device is complex and cannot or is difficult to absorb materials from several locations simultaneously, as it must be supplied from a low-pressure to a high-pressure conveying pipe.
The pneumatic conveying system with pressure difference is suitable for long-distance and high-capacity transportation. The conveying distance can reach up to 250m. Compared with negative pressure pneumatic conveying systems, their air purification is easier, but they have strict requirements for air quality and must prevent impurities, water, and oil from entering the system.
