Before the operation of each shift of equipment in instant noodle enterprises, an empty car test should be carried out. After the instant noodle machine is normal, the dough can be transported from the curing machine to the hopper of the compound calender, and the tableting can be started.
When the two dough pieces rolled from the first two pairs of pressing rollers fall onto the mesh belt driven below, the first time the two dough belts are overlapped by hand and sent to the next composite pressing roller to be composited into one piece of dough. bring.
If it is found that the dough cannot enter the pressing roller normally, the extension length of the feeding plate can be adjusted, so that the inserting plate drives the dough into the pressing roller, and continuously presses out the intact dough strip.
Always pay attention to the feeding situation of the dough in the hopper to keep the feeding uniform. If you find that the dough agglomerates in the hopper and cannot enter the pressing roller, you should take out the agglomerated dough in time, tear it into small pieces and put it into the cooking machine.
During operation, if the subsequent continuous tableting fails and needs to be temporarily stopped, the "emergency stop" button of the compound tablet press should be pressed to make the compound machine pause for a while, and then start again to make the dough flow evenly between the front and rear processes.
When the composite noodle tape comes out, the noodle tape should be sent to the first pressing roller of continuous sheeting by hand for the first time, and then sent to the second, third, fourth, and fifth pressing rollers in turn, and each track should be checked quickly. Whether the pressure distance of the pressure rollers is appropriate, so that the dough belt maintains a certain degree of tension between the pressure rollers.
At the beginning of production, if the surface belt between the two pressing rollers is loosened, it means that the pressing distance of the front roller is large, or the pressing distance of the latter pressing roller is small, resulting in unbalanced calendering. At this time, the pressing distance should be adjusted in time. , In normal production, if the dough belt suddenly sags and sags, it means that the dough contains too much water, and the operator of the dough mixing process should be notified in time to reduce the water addition rate of the dough. On the contrary, if the surface belt between the two pressure rollers is too tight, it means that the pressure distance of the previous pressure roller is too small, or the pressure distance of the latter pressure roller is too large, and the pressure distance should be adjusted quickly.
If the thickness of the noodles needs to be increased to increase the output and the pressing distance of each roller should be changed, the pressing distance of the last pressing roller should be used as the benchmark, and then the pressing distance of the other pressing rollers should be adjusted in turn. After the adjustment is normal, tighten the Adjust the nut on the screw.
If it is found that the flow rate of the dough tape between the tablet press and the front and rear processes is unbalanced, and the phenomenon is too fast or too slow, the main drive stepless speed change handwheel can be adjusted at this time, and the line speed of the dough tape can be changed to achieve balanced production. Clockwise rotation is fast, counterclockwise rotation is slow, but this adjustment must be carried out during the operation of the main shaft. When parking, it is strictly forbidden to turn the speed control handwheel (or the tachometer adjustment button) at will, so as not to damage the adjustment mechanism.
Each pair of rollers must be adjusted to be parallel to each other, so that the thickness of the extruded dough strips can be consistent, so as to ensure the normal progress of the composite calendering, otherwise the thickness of the dough strips is inconsistent and easy to deviate. It is found that there are more crumbs on the surface of the pressure roller, which means that the scraper installed at the lower part of the pressure roller is not close to the pressure roller. Tighten the screw of the pressure plate of the scraper, so that the scraper can scrape all the crumbs on the surface of the pressure roller.
If it is found that there is abnormal noise in the place where the scraper is installed, it means that the scraper is pressed too tightly against the pressure roller, the screw should be loosened, the scraper should be adjusted to the normal state, and then the screw should be tightened.
The speed of the main machine of the composite tablet press should be controlled within the range of 330~1000r/min, and its optimal design value is 880r/min. It is not suitable to operate at the upper and lower limits during operation, and it is better to control it at 750~950r/min. When starting up, first start the motor, and then adjust the tachometer. The tachometer should not be opened to the required maximum value, but should be slow first and then fast. After stopping, the tachometer should be adjusted to zero.
It is worth noting that the adjustment of the surface roller gap is performed by loosening the left and right bolts installed on the upper part of the surface roller table with a hand wheel and a tool. The small adjustment of the gap between the rollers requires a hand wheel. If the adjustment range is large, the bolts on the left and right of the bench need to be loosened. When adjusting the bolts, pay attention to the parallelism of the rollers. The correct adjustment method is to adjust the gap of each pressure roller to the required amount before starting the machine. After normal operation, it can only be fine-tuned by the handwheel. When the handwheel is adjusted, the handwheel is rotated in the forward direction, and the dough sheet becomes thinner, otherwise the dough sheet becomes thicker.
