1、Automatic Flour Feeding System/Dough Mixing System

     Through the positive pressure, the flour is quantitated and quickly sent to the dough mixer by air. The transportation distance is far, the flour pollution is reduced, the environment is clean, and the labor intensity is reduced.

     Mix flour and water evenly, double shaft multi-section and multi-speed, can set a variety of speeds, flour mixing is more uniform, conducive to the next step of the dough rolling process

2、Rolling Machine

     The formed dough belt is continuously rolled into a dough belt with a certain thickness by multiple rollers, and then the noodle knife cut it into noodles, the dough belt is automatically fed among the rollers, and the power automatically adjusts the dough belt tension.

     Single side synchronous adjustment is convenient, multi-stage production is convenient for transportation and assembly, operation stable.

 

3、Constant Temperature & Humidity Ripening

      Make the thick dough belt which just pressed out from the rolling machine go out in the constant temperature & humidity box.

      The gluten network organization inside the dough belt reaches a stable state, which is more ductile, flexible and delicate.

5、Vertical Lift Water-sealed Type Multi-Layer Steamer

     The corrugated and divided noodles are sent to the steam box on the net belt, and the noodles are gelatinized and the corrugated surface is fixed by steam heating.

     Overall upper cover lift type box, easy to clean, water seal structure, no need to replace the seal strip.

     The whole line can save energy up to 23% thanks to the new design of pipeline arrangement.

 

 

6、Cut And Fall Into The Noodle Mold

     After stretching, the noodles will be cut and fall into the noodle mold to boil with water, then washing and acid adjusting.

     After agring, the dough belt is gradually rolled to the thickness of the finished product through a corrugated roller and multiple flat rollers; in the middle, the double-sided powder spraying mechanism is used to prevent adhesion; finally, the customized noodle knife is cut to the required thickness.
