The noodle cake that come out of the cooling equipment on the instant noodle production line must be inspected and transported before they can be transported to the packaging machine for packaging. The inspection items include quality, color, shape, frying condition, cooling condition, etc. This job requires workers to promptly detect uneven dehydration and irregular shapes of the surface blocks on the conveyor belt. Quality inspection can be done manually or automatically through quality machines. Generally, the variation in surface block quality is less than 3%. If the quality does not meet the requirements, the previous process should be notified in a timely manner for adjustment.

If the weight of the dough is qualified, it will continue to be transported to the next stage; If it is not qualified, remove the dough from the conveyor line through the removal device.
