The processing method for dried broken noodles: The crumbs that usually fall after the drying room, that is, the noodle crumbs in the cutting or packaging section, are called dry crumbs. The moisture content of dried broken noodles is similar to that of finished noodles, but their properties are completely different from flour. Therefore, they need to be professionally processed before being mixed into a dough mixer and thoroughly mixed with the dough.

The conventional direct mixing treatment of noodle chips can affect the quality and shelf life of the finished noodle products, and the quality of chip processing is crucial to the economic benefits of noodle production.
