1、Fully automatic water supply system

Brine mixing device: the salt and alkali which are easy to dissolve with water are stirred and fused with water and supplied to the metering device.

Brine metering device: supply the liquid stirred by the brine mixer to the dough mixer in a steady flow and a fixed quantity. The precise measurement can realize the automatic adding water under constant pressure and uniform, the water addition can be adjusted according to the different flour products.

2、Flour feeding & dough mixing

After feeding the flour by positive pressure air, the water and flour are rapidly and continuously mixed.

Under negative pressure, the flour and water are fully mixed and more uniform, which greatly improves the water content of the dough and makes the gluten network better formed.

The formed dough belt is continuously rolled into a dough belt with a certain thickness by multiple rollers, and then the noodle knife cut it into noodles, the dough belt is automatically fed among the rollers, and the power automatically adjusts the dough belt tension.

Single side synchronous adjustment is convenient, multi-stage production is convenient for transportation and assembly, operation stable.

4、Independent Rod Feeding & Storage Machine

Fully independent rod feeding and storage system, high-speed quantitative feeding rod to lift the noodles into the mounting system, can adjust the length of noodles and the consistency of both sides without stopping.

Can store a large number of noodle rod, easy to adjust, can be matched with the optional automatic rod returning to use automatic rod feeding, without manual return rod.

6、New type high speed straight-knife cutting system

Cut the dried stick noodles into the required length according to the demand, and wait for packing. Keep the noodle rod clean and tidy by the rubbing rod system. Break the broken noodles into particles by the screw conveyor and wait for processing.

The automatic rod arrangement system make rods neat. New cutter structure, high stability, cutting length can be adjusted without stopping the machine, vertical cutter to ensure the uniformity of the cutting surface, can cut multi rod noodles, fast speed, low breaking rate.

5、Stick noodle production line drying system

The wet noodles which hang on the rods pass through multiple zones in the automatic operation process to remove excess water, the zones are obvious, low temperature drying to avoid nutrient loss, stable and reliable operation, energy saving and consumption reduction.

Adopt the turning-type low temperature drying method to avoid high temperature damage noodles quality, optional temperature and humidity automatic control system, according to the set temperature and humidity automatic control, reduce human intervention.
