DONGFANG NAOMU non-fried instant noodle production line is a new type instant noodle production line combined advanced Japanese technology.

Super non-fried drying technology solves the problem that the traditional non-fried instant noodles can not be quickly rehydrated, and adopts the unique high temperature and high pressure simulation quick hot air circulation, internal rapid circulation of heat flow technology, the production of non-fried instant noodles not only rehydration performance well, and the noodle shape and thickness can be produced according to customer's requirements, while ensuring large-scale production, it is also more in line with people's demand for healthy instant noodles.

Technical characteristics of non-fried instant noodle production line:

1. PLC programmable controller is used to control and track the whole process.

2. Stainless steel 304 is used in contact with food, and the whole production line meets the hygiene requirements.

3. According to customer's needs, use double-shaft dough mixer or continuous dough mixer, automatically control flour and water mixing in proportion.

4. Belt aging and conveying can be adopted to ensure the mixed flour first in first out.

5. Mixed flour needs to be rolled into the dough belt by the roller of a certain rolling ratio, so that the gluten network is uniform and the taste is better.

6. Steamer can be single or multi-layer, steam pipe layout is reasonable, noodles belt steaming is uniform, steam control is stable.

7. The whole process adopts PLC automatic tracking system, the cutting length of noodle cake is uniform and stable, and the automatic falling into mold is accurate and stable.

8. The cutter and the insert board must be synchronized and stable to ensure that the noodle cakes are folded neatly and evenly.

9. Continuous drying system, adopts the unique high temperature and high pressure simulation quick hot air circulation, internal rapid circulation of heat flow technology.

10. The tail of production line can be matched with various types of packing machine.
