       In the daily use of most stick noodle equipment, there are often some inevitable small problems. Analyze the common faults and solutions of stick noodle equipment.

  1. The uneven thickness of the rolling section or both sides is caused by the inconsistent gap between the two ends of the roller. It is necessary to adjust the gap between the two ends of the roller appropriately and adjust it evenly to solve the problem.

  2. The stick noodles are curved and wavy, which is caused by the large installation angle of the scraper, cutting knife, and comb knife. Proper adjustment is needed to solve this problem.

  3. The occurrence of panel sticking to the rolling roller is often caused by excessive moisture in the surface billet, and another factor is the loosening of the scraper bolt.

  4. When processing, the noodles cannot be disconnected, mainly because the cutting edge of the section does not match the bottom plate. Adjusting the position appropriately can solve the problem.

  The panel cannot be connected, resulting in breakage or leftover plates. This situation is often caused by the gap between the rollers. When the plate is broken, the gap between the lower group of rollers can be reduced, and the gap between the upper group of rollers can also be increased. The adjustment method for leftover plates is exactly the opposite to that for broken plates.
